In this role, you'll have the chance to:
1. Advise employer clients on a wide range of employment law matters.
2. Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
3. Support senior team members with ET claims.
4. Stay updated on changes in employment laws and regulations.
5. Promote the team at business networking events and on social media.
6. Provide training and guidance to HR and management at talks and conferences.
