About the Role
Platinum Recruitment, in partnership with a Commercial Vehicle Manufacturer in Farnborough, is seeking a skilled and reliable Finance Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities
* Produce timely and accurate management accounts
* Mentor team members in Purchase Ledger and Assistant Accountant roles
* Manage and report from Keyloop DMS system
* Drive month-end reporting to deadlines
* Analyze and challenge reporting transactions
* Prepare management accounts drafts
* Handle statutory audits and taxes
* Stock reporting and intercompany account reconciliation
* Perform month-end journals and balance sheet reconciliations
* Manage supplier queries
* Support process improvement projects
* Review procedures for improvements
* Provide ad-hoc reports and process improvements
Requirements
* Accountancy qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent)
* Experience with Keyloop dealer management system
* Motor trade experience, preferably with commercial vehicles (not essential)
* Problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Excel and MS Office
* Ability to learn new systems quickly
* Proactive and solution-oriented
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Effective communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Team player and independent worker
* Ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders
