What We’re Looking For:
* FRCA qualified
* Full GMC Registration with Licence to Practice
* Entry on the Specialist Register in Anaesthesia (or entry expected within 6 months of the interview)
* Clinical training and experience equivalent to CCT in Chronic Pain Anaesthesia
Your Responsibilities:
* Maintaining and developing Chronic Pain services in line with strategic requirements
* Providing routine and emergency Chronic Pain care, including out-of-hours cover
* Offering consultation and advisory services to colleagues across specialties
* Developing a special interest to complement the existing Consultant team
* Leading and participating in education and training for junior doctors, medical students, nurses, paramedics, and GPs
* Liaising with specialists and contributing to postgraduate activities
* Driving innovation in Chronic Pain Anaesthesia, including research, service improvement, and community outreach
