Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons and activities, supporting the curriculum and catering to diverse learning needs.
* Work with students individually or in small groups to provide targeted academic interventions.
* Cover classes in the absence of the teacher, ensuring continuity in learning and maintaining a positive environment.
* Assess and monitor student progress, offering feedback that supports growth and improvement.
* Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adapt resources and strategies to benefit all learners.
Qualification
HLTA qualification or QTS
The ability to drive is desired but not essential.
