Document Controller An award-winning house builder is seeking an experienced Document Controller to join their Document Control team. Initially this is for a 6-month temporary contract, with the opportunity for this to be extended into a permanent position. About the role of Document Controller Specialising in residential projects across the south coast, typically ranging from 100 - 300 units across Hampshire, Dorset & surrey. You will be reporting into the Design Director and utilising their system, the ideal candidate will have some Document management systems experience preferably A-Site or Dalux. Responsibilities for Document Controller Accurately manage and maintain relevant systems including archiving, running reports & ensuring latest versions are always available. Ensure all documents are filed and organised in accordance with company protocol. Provide team members with CDE training and support as and when required. Requirements for Document Controller Experience working within the construction industry - preferably on-site experience Previous relevant experience using Dalux or A-site Strong attention to detail and ability to keep several plates spinning This is a really exciting opportunity to join a leading contractor who has plenty of local work in the area.
