Want your great content creation expertise to make a big difference?
We're looking for a high‑performing Content & Resource Producer to power our revenue enablement function, to help improve customer experience and to support our sales team. You'll take full ownership of developing and managing content across the acquisition, nurture and retention lifecycle - ensuring everything we create elevates the customer experience and drives commercial performance.
This role is all about producing impactful, high‑quality content that empowers our sales and commercial teams. You'll turn strategy into practical, accessible tools - from standout customer‑facing collateral and playbooks to onboarding materials and digital assets - ensuring everything is on‑brand, consistent and commercially sharp.
If you're a content specialist who loves turning complex ideas into clear, compelling, revenue‑driving materials, we'd love to hear from you.
The role sits within the Marketing Operations Team, part of the Marketing and Brand department in the Commercial Directorate, which also includes Marketing, Sales, Customer Services and Product Development.
While this isn't a line‑management role, it's highly collaborative. You'll work with stakeholders at all levels and across multiple locations, with occasional travel to other AQA offices. You'll also partner closely with subject experts, agencies and internal teams (including Security, Risk and GDPR).
Key responsibilities
You will:
Produce high‑quality content to support sales conversations and customer journeys, including:
Playbooks, pitch decks and other sales collateral
Produce explainers and customer‑facing assets
Customer onboarding packs
Case studies and value-focused stories.
Work closely with sales, product and subject support colleagues to translate strategy into usable tools.
Contribute to video content by guiding messaging and video editing to enhance impact.
Repurpose content into multi-format assets (scripts, micro-content, digital resources).
Ensure all content is accessible, digitally optimised and brand-aligned.
Maintain content accuracy and version control.
Support the development of a structured content library/resource hub.
Identify gaps and recommend solutions.
Track usage and feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Commit to ongoing professional development and stay ahead of content trends.
What we are looking for
You'll thrive in this role if you're confident to lead, curious, collaborative and focused on creating content that truly matters. You have:
A strong understanding of how content can improve customer journeys, support sales funnels and aid acquisition and retention.
Hands-on experience supporting video content creation, with the ability to make edits.
A track record of using data and insights to shape content decisions.
Experience using creative tools such as Canva, Heyzine, Flipsnack, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
Strong organisational and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work across multiple projects and teams.
What's in it for you
You'll join a team where your ideas matter, a role that gives you real ownership and impact.
Shape content that reaches thousands of teachers and equips our sales and commercial teams to have more effective customer conversations.
Opportunity to grow your skills and learn from subject experts.
Enjoy a culture that values flexibility, wellbeing and balance.
Be part of a high-performing, supportive, creative team.
Contribute to work that directly supports education.
