Lead teams across your shift/area to meet production plans, safety, and quality standards.
Take ownership of health & safety, team performance, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Engineering, Technical, and other departments to drive efficiency.
Coach and develop your team to build capability and engagement.
Use real-time data and insights to make informed decisions and improve outcomes.
