Where Will I Be Working?
You'll be part of RT, a registered care unit with a warm, family atmosphere. Here, we support five individuals aged 20 to 60 with profound Learning Disabilities. Our residents are non-verbal but fully mobile and active, requiring varying levels of personal care and one-on-one support.
Getting to us is easy! Whether you travel by public transport or car, we’re conveniently located. For example, it takes about 1 hour by train from Coventry, 1 hour 20 minutes by bus, and just 23 minutes by car, depending on traffic.
We utilize a digital social care record system to streamline daily tasks, allowing you to spend more quality time with the people you support.
Shift Patterns
This is a 24-hour service, so flexibility is key! You’ll work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, waking nights, sleep-ins, and some weekends.

* A great team player with plenty of energy
* Skilled in communication
