This role is ideal for Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable experience, as well as experienced teachers interested in exploring new school environments.

Responsibilities (Long-Term / Permanent Roles)
* Deliver engaging Religious Education lessons across KS3 and KS4
* Encourage students to explore different beliefs, values, and worldviews
* Foster respectful discussion and critical thinking within the classroom
* Adapt lessons to support a range of learning needs, including SEND
* Monitor student progress and support their academic development

Ideal Candidates Will Have
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS
* Strong subject knowledge in Religious Education
* The ability to manage a classroom effectively
* A passion for encouraging open-minded discussion and learning
* An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
