Reporting to the Occupational Health Manager, this individual will play a key role in delivering Health & Wellbeing initiatives and strategies for Next Distribution. The primary focus of this role is to drive colleague participation and engagement in these initiatives and internal campaigns. You will act as a central link between the management teams and the warehouse floor, ensuring that our colleagues are educated and supported on important causes. Much of your time will be spent within our warehouses and distribution centres, speaking with large operational teams. This position requires a confident individual who is happy to speak with people of all levels, building professional relationships with warehouse operatives, maintenance teams, drivers and other warehousing colleagues. You will actively engage colleagues in essential campaigns to create a positive, healthy and inclusive workplace culture. Through these activities, you will procure data and provide analytical insights to evaluate the success of engagement activities and identify opportunities for service improvements. Additionally, you will explore and evaluate potential new initiatives to enhance employee productivity and retention. About You We are seeking a confident and highly motivated professional with a passion for employee relations and organisational culture. You should be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with the motivation to engage with colleagues at all levels. Whilst prior Health & Wellbeing experience is not a necessity, candidates must demonstrate strong communication and presentation skills, with a proven ability to adapt these according to the audience. Experience in a colleague or customer engagement role would be an advantage and given the operational nature of this role, previous experience within a warehouse, distribution or manufacturing setting is preferred but not essential. A valid driving licence is required to facilitate visits to various sites and locations across our UK network.
