This is a fantastic Temp-to-Perm opportunity for the right candidate to secure a long-term role with a forward-thinking company that values quality craftsmanship and career development.
Shifts
Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM till 5:00 PM
Rate of pay
£14.00-£15.00 per hour
Pay based on experience and skill level
Key Responsibilities
* HGV Paint Spraying
* Surface preparation including sanding and masking
* Prepping components for painting, ensuring surfaces are clean and smooth
* Spray painting components to a high standard using appropriate techniques
* Repairing GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) panels or boards
* Conducting basic quality checks to ensure a consistent finish
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
* Working to production deadlines and quality standards
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
* Previous experience in a paint spraying or prepping role
* Have at least years of previous paint spraying experience
* A strong eye for detail and commitment to producing high-quality finishes
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* A proactive and reliable approach to work
