Hours: 42 hours per week
Shifts: Day shifts, 8:00am – 8:00pm
Rota: Two-week rolling rota with every other weekend off
Are you passionate about leading a team and making a meaningful difference in people’s lives? Anchor Kingfisher Care Home in Sutton-in-Ashfield is looking for a motivated and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our dedicated care team on day shifts.
About the Role
As a Care Team Leader, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive high-quality, person-centred care every day. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you’ll lead shifts, support and guide care colleagues, and help maintain a safe, well-organised, and positive environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and coordinating shifts to ensure excellent standards of care
2. Supporting, mentoring, and supervising care staff
3. Administering and overseeing medication safely
4. Completing care assessments and documentation
5. Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards
6. Your leadership will directly contribute to residents’ wellbeing while helping the team thrive.
