The role
As a Mechanical Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for leading several live projects from pre-construction through to completion. Youll oversee mechanical packages end-to-end - managing budgets, programmes, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure smooth, compliant, and commercially sound delivery.
Youll act as the key link between the client, design team, and site operations, ensuring projects are executed to specification, on time and within budget, while maintaining a strong focus on safety and quality.
