We are seeking a Full Time Bookings Administrator to join our team in the UK. This role is crucial in supporting our operations working with our UK planning Manager. The Bookings Administrator will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering outstanding service and quality in the furniture distribution industry.
Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation for all transactions.
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email communications.
* Assist with data entry and maintain databases with precision.
* Coordinate schedules and appointments for team members.
