Innovo Global Talent is seeking a dedicated QHSE Coordinator for a permanent position within an intralogistics company based in Milton Keynes, Northern Home Counties. The successful candidate will support the UK QHSE management team in maintaining and improving the company's Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) systems. This role involves providing operational assistance to ensure ongoing compliance with ISO standards, UK legislation, and internal policies. The QHSE Coordinator will act as a vital link between operational teams and the UK QHSE function, offering practical guidance, facilitating investigations, and driving a positive safety and quality culture across all UK activities. Key responsibilities include maintaining and administering QHSE documentation, assisting with risk assessments, supporting audits and inspections, managing supplier records, and delivering QHSE inductions. The role also encompasses conducting statutory inspections, supporting investigations related to safety incidents, and ensuring effective communication of safety initiatives via noticeboards and reports.
* Experience within the service and construction sectors, with strong knowledge of QHSE systems
* NEBOSH Certificate or equivalent (or working towards diploma)
* Minimum of 3 years' experience within a combined QHSE department
* Working knowledge of EHS legislation
* Internal auditor trained or experienced in conducting ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 audits
* Valid UK driving licence
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
* Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
* Strong organisational skills and proficiency with software tools such as Excel, Word, and AX
