Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day production operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of production activities. Ensure products are manufactured in accordance with specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. Lead, develop, and motivate production teams to achieve performance, quality, and safety targets. Monitor and report on production performance, output, waste, and downtime; implement corrective actions as needed. Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.. Essential Criteria Proven experience in production or operations management within a food processing or manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and team leadership. Understanding of food safety and quality management systems.
