Job Introduction
Healthy outcomes start with positive patient experiences. The role involves maintaining infrastructure at Royal Stoke Hospital. You will be the first point of contact, logging and assigning technical service requests, and supporting the facilities management team.
Details:
* 40 Hours / Monday to Friday / 8:30am till 5pm
* Location: Royal Stoke Hospital, Newcastle Road, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire, ST4 6QG
Responsibilities:
* Answer calls and emails
* Log and assign service requests
* Prepare reports
* Provide administrative support
Qualifications:
* Computer literacy (MS Office, Maximo experience preferred)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure
