Role and responsibilities:
1. Work with senior leaders and managers to identify learning needs and design interventions aligned to business priorities
2. Contribute to the design and delivery of multi-year development programmes, with a focus on leadership capability and succession planning
3. Act as a trusted advisor on L&D strategy, providing insights, challenge, and solutions
4. Design, implement, and oversee management and leadership development programmes, ensuring they are future-focused and impactful
5. Lead on organisation-wide learning initiatives (e.g. induction, early careers pathways, technical upskilling, and cultural development)
6. Manage external training providers, ensuring value for money and measurable outcomes
7. LMS management and reporting function
8. Provide coaching support to managers and leaders to embed learning and support performance
9. Contribute to the design and oversight of coaching and mentoring frameworks across the organisation
10. Support the attraction, development, and retention of early careers colleagues (graduates, apprentices, trainees)
11. Contribute to succession planning and talent management processes by ensuring clear pathways of development
