You will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of our regional and national events, creating immersive experiences that align with our brand and strategic goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage event strategies, timelines, budgets, and logistics. Deliver immersive, brand-aligned experiences. Oversee all aspects of event execution, from venue selection to post-event wrap-up. Design experiential marketing initiatives. Collaborate on core messaging and lead capture. Integrate events into broader marketing campaigns. Build strong relationships with stakeholders and industry influencers. Ensure high-quality, on-brand event materials. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency and excellence. Define and track KPIs. Analyse event performance and provide insights. Maintain post-event reporting for continuous improvement. Qualifications: Experience: Proven experience in event management, ideally within a B2B context. Demonstrated success in delivering experiential marketing campaigns and immersive brand experiences. Project Management: Highly organised with exceptional project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and complex projects with precision. Creativity: A creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for storytelling through events. Ability to bring fresh ideas and innovative thinking to deliver standout, brand-aligned experiences. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels. Strong relationship-building skills to engage with internal stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers. Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in event management tools and marketing platforms (e.g., CRM, social media, analytics). Ability to leverage technology to enhance event planning and execution. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to define and track KPIs, analyse event performance, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
