We are looking for individuals who have experience-either personal or professional-supporting children, young people, or adults with complex autism, communication challenges, sensory processing differences, and physical disabilities. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a career in Special Educational Needs but may not yet have school-based experience. If you have supported a family member, volunteered, worked in care, or have experience in a health or community setting, we want to hear from you. Your lived experience is valuable, and full training will be provided.
