Job Title:Care & Support Worker Days - LeonoraWe currently have two vacancies at this Site- 1 *35 hrs Full Time (£26353.78), 1 * 21hrs Part Time (£15812.27)Summary:Join a dedicated team providing high-quality care and support to residents at Leonora in London. Deliver person-centred services to adults in a compassionate, safe, and respectful environment.Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and practical assistance to residents, tailored to individual needs.- Support residents with daily activities, promoting independence and dignity.- Administer prescribed medication as directed and maintain accurate records.- Monitor health, wellbeing, and respond promptly to care requirements or emergencies.- Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, families, and healthcare professionals.- Participate in care planning and contribute to team meetings and reviews.- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment in accordance with health and safety standards.- Encourage and facilitate social interaction, leisure activities, and emotional support.Required Qualifications:- Previous experience in a care or support worker role.- NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care or willingness to work towards qualification.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.- Compassionate approach with strong attention to detail.- Knowledge of safeguarding and confidentiality requirements.- Basic IT skills for record-keeping.Nice-to-have:- Experience in elderly or dementia care.Benefits:- Comprehensive training and professional development.- Supportive working environment.- Uniform and equipment provided.Salary:£26,353.78 per annumLocation:LondonHow to Apply:Submit your CV by following the application instructions.Equal opportunity statement:We are an equal opportunity employer.
