We’re looking for a Facilities Administrator to join our Group Facilities team—supporting over 40 locations and 150+ buildings. This is a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of our operations, helping ensure our spaces are safe, compliant, and well-managed.
🔍 What you’ll be doing
* Coordinating planned maintenance and soft services (cleaning, security, remedials).
* Managing compliance documentation and supporting audits.
* Administering our CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management) system.
* Liaising with Facilities Managers, contractors, and stakeholders across the business.
* Reviewing paperwork and raising purchase orders to ensure health & safety standards are met.
🛠️ What you’ll bring
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* High attention to detail and excellent record-keeping.
* Organised, professional, and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Experience in facilities or planned maintenance is a plus.
