Visum Recruitment has the pleasure of working with our client in the Manufacturing Industry who are seeking an Office Administrator to join them at their West Yorkshire office on a full-time, permanent basis.
The role of the Office Administrator will be supporting all activities within the operations administration team, such as answering phone calls, opening post, processing orders as well as ensuring all relevant company protocols are followed and KPI's are met.
Office Administrator Job Overview
* Dealing with purchasing, pricing and quality issues
* Ordering stock and services from suppliers
* Liaising with customers and suppliers and dealing with queries
* Responding to emails
* Answering incoming calls
* Welcoming visitors
* General adhoc duties
Office Administrator Job Requirements
* Live within a commutable distance to Wakefield
* Experience with computer systems
* Excellent telephone manner
Office Administrator Salary & Benefits
* Salary circa £26,000
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays
* Monday to Thursday 08:00 - 16:30, Friday 08:00 - 13:30
* On-site parking
* Early finish on a Friday
