Alongside this full-time healthcare assistant role, you will be enrolled onto the Senior Healthcare Support Worker Apprenticeship Programme. You will be expected to study and complete assignments to achieve a recognised Level 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker qualification. The apprenticeship aims to be completed within 24 months, including an end point assessment.

As a Health Care Assistant, you will participate in and assist with the delivery of care to patients.
You will work as part of the theatre and endoscopy team as a motivated healthcare assistant to deliver high-standard, individualised care. You will collaborate with qualified team members to provide high-quality services across various surgical specialties. You will undertake key roles assigned by the line manager to support the smooth running of the department.
