* Providing support to learners on a one-to-one basis and in small groups, and all the while with empathy, respect and patience, appreciating that our students have faced, and continue to face many challenges in their lives which can make them harder to engage.
* Contributing to regular student reviews, using this and any other opportunity to build up our students’ self-belief and confidence,
* Supporting the tutor address any poor behaviour in a way that’s appropriate to the situation and to the learner.
