Private Client Solicitor – 5+ Years PQE

We are partnering with a Legal 500, Chambers, and Times London law firm that is seeking to appoint a full-time Private Client Solicitor to join its expanding team based in Whitechapel. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced solicitor to work on a broad range of complex and rewarding matters within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for running a varied caseload including complex tax and trust matters, alongside Wills, Probate and Court of Protection work. This position offers the chance to work with an established client base while contributing to the department’s continued growth and success.
Duties:
• Managing a caseload matters including Wills, Probate, Trusts, Tax and Court of Protection work.
• Providing clear, high-quality legal advice to clients and maintaining professional relationships.
• Assisting with business development and department growth.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
Essential Characteristics:
• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE in Private Client law.
• Strong knowledge of tax, trusts, deputyships, probate and Wills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to manage priorities, work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Business Development experience
• Case management system experience
• A willingness to support colleagues at all levels.
Working hours are 9.30 am – 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday.
