Responsibilities
Maintain and updating the filing system
Setting up of clients on the company CRM system
Oversee the lifecycle of Camatics camera orders from placement to completion
To work closely with colleagues within the company to deliver consistently high levels of service
Maintaining a register of clients across various systems from time to time
Attending team meetings
Answer Camatics Camera related queries from our brokers
Gathering information by phone, letter or email
Photocopying and scanning documents
Manage incoming requests for support and work with our partners to resolve them
Requirements
Graduate: A degree in Business, Finance, English, Law, or a related field.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with brokers and clients.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
Proactive and Eager to Learn: A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
