The Role As a Year 5 Teacher, you will: Deliver engaging, curiosity-driven lessons that inspire a love for learning. Foster a supportive, inclusive classroom where each child is valued. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement a dynamic, standards-aligned curriculum. Build and nurture relationships with parents, carers, and the school community. As a Middle Leader, you will: Lead an area of school improvement, supporting our strategic vision. Collaborate with leadership to drive staff development and curriculum enhancements. Shape whole-school initiatives aimed at academic excellence and student growth. Model best practices and support colleagues in reaching their professional potential. What We’re Looking For: Qualified primary school teacher with experience delivering high-quality teaching and learning. Proven leadership skills or a strong desire to develop as a leader in a supportive setting. Passion for empowering students to reach their potential, with solid knowledge of the KS2 curriculum.
