ITIL Specialist (x4 sought)
Location: Stevenage Area (UK) initially full-time on-site

The Computacenter ITIL service will support the customers ITIL process to enable the customer to deliver their ITIL services, such as problem and change management. The ITIL team works with the customer and a typical day could involve attending customer led ITIL meetings, for example a problem review or change board, and collaborating with stakeholders to follow the customers ITIL procedures to maintain compliance of them.
Youll be supporting ITIL services and process for asset, change, release, incident and problem management based at a customer site in Stevenage
What youll do
1. Provide support as an ITIL generalist, interfacing into our customers ITIL teams.
