Job description
Hours will be part time and will include weekend and evening work (but no late nights past 10.30pm) Could suit a range of experiences from those wishing to embark upon an apprenticeship to those highly experienced chefs looking for consistency, a fun culture, the opportunity for increased reward and to be part of something truly unique in the Grantham Area.
Responsibilities will include:
* Delivering mind blowing presentation and the utmost of quality.
* Ability to work under pressure at peak periods.
* Being able to accommodate dietary/allergen specific requests.
* Monitor food stocks and place orders with suppliers.
* Continuously manage stock rotation.
* Innovate with recipes and suggest new ingredients.
* Manage and contribute fairly to the cleanliness of the kitchen.
* Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the kitchen area
* Become involved with marketing ideas and overall business management.
Skills and qualifications
* Some evidence of industry experience (or at least a fantastic passion for it), even if that be your early stages in catering/culinary education.
* Experience working in similar roles and/or an intense customer service environment preferred but not essential.
* Must read & speak good English as engagement with customers is highly likely.
* Punctuality is a must

Pay: £8.00-£12.75 per hour
Expected hours: 12 – 25 per week
