We are looking for a Quality Analyst to join our growing Quality team. Our Quality Analyst will recommend, implement, and monitor preventative and corrective actions to ensure that quality assurance standards are achieved. Compile and analyse statistical data, ensuring that user expectations are met during the testing process.
What you'll be doing as our Quality Analyst:
* Final inspection reports
* Assists with concession & Disposition Inspection measurements data.
* Prepare all documentation for traceability records.
* Prepare all documentation for release parts.
* Authority to sign/stamp all release certifications to customer.
* Material booking in/release.
* Advise production errors found.
* Use all inspection, general measuring equipment, verniers, micrometers etc. CMM is approved.
* Good computer skills to maintain records and documents.
* Comply fully with internal and external Quality Audits.
* Work within all company guidelines and procedures.
* Other duties may also be required.
The Skills, Knowledge and Experience you will need as our Quality Analyst:
* Work within the guidelines set out in all Works Procedure Manuals and the Quality Procedure Manual.
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to work within set guidelines, and to follow instructions
* Self-motivated and able to use initiative
* Innovative and responsive
* Effective communication skills
* Ability to work with accuracy, high levels of manual dexterity and to strict deadlines.
* Hardworking, enthusiastic, flexible & willing to be involved in improvement activities.
Need to have:
* Automotive manufacturing experience
* Inspection/QA Experience
* Computer Literate
* Experience of CMM
Nice to have:
* Formal qualification in Engineering
* Working knowledge of ISO and Customer Quality Management Systems

Hours:
Monday – Friday, 6am – 2pm, 2pm -10pm
Salary:
£28,750 rising to £31,050 after successful completion of probation (including shift allowance and annualised hours)
