Overview
Our client, a leading international law firm, is seeking a
Rates & Data Management Administrator
to join its growing team. This role will play a key part in supporting the administration of firmwide rates and client data across UK and international offices.
The position is well-suited to detail-oriented professionals with strong IT and data skills who are looking to build their career within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
* Input, review, and manage client rates with accuracy, liaising with stakeholders where needed.
* Provide clarity on data interpretation and respond to data requests across the business.
* Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure effective data processes.
* Manage the service desk dashboard, categorising and progressing requests efficiently.
* Maintain up-to-date client records and assess risks or impacts of rate structures.
* Support firmwide projects, annual events, and system/process changes.
* Take ownership of process improvements, including developing user guides and providing training.
Requirements
Essential
* Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
* Proficient IT skills, ideally with advanced Excel.
* Previous experience in finance, data management, or the legal sector.
* A proactive team player with a commitment to high-quality outcomes.
Desirable
* Experience using legal or finance-specific systems such as 3E.
