Note: This role will be based in Hull, East Yorkshire and you would be expected to work from the office when not travelling to clients. Remote variations are not available at this time due to the amount of collaborative work we undertake.

Your responsibilities will include:
* Design the annual training plan with associated budget and relevant KPI
* Facilitate some of the training courses, team building and OD sessions
* Design and implementation of talent management, development and career frameworks
* Provide departmental and organization-wide L&D and talent management solutions and organisational and culture development programs
* Drives selected activities and projects in connection with L&D and Talent Management strategy
* Supports the design, development & execution of internal development and on-going course development activity, including functional, soft skill and leadership skill development solutions
* Builds and maintains efficient relationship with suppliers
* Acts as trainer/facilitator in certain development initiatives
Ideal Profile
Think this sounds like you? Then we are looking for:
* Substantial experience in learning and development roles, with a proven track record of delivering and implementing effective training programs.
* Experience in delivering and implementing leadership or development programs, coaching executives, and fostering leadership capabilities at various levels.
* Exceptional presentation skills with the versatility to engage diverse audiences, ranging from emerging leaders to C-suite executives. Proven ability to adapt communication styles and provide coaching support to individuals at various levels.
* Flexibility and adaptability to stay current with industry trends, incorporate new technologies, and adjust strategies based on evolving demand
* Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), e-learning platforms, and other technology tools used in training and development is also of benefit.
* Ability to travel around the UK and internationally when required.
* Use of a car.
Have some of these marginal gains? It’s an advantage but not essential :
* Experience in leadership roles
* Possession of relevant leadership, HR, OD or L&D qualifications
* Proficiency in designing content and mapping to accrediting bodies (e.g. CPD)
* Familiarity with multiple industry or sectors, understanding the unique challenges and opportunities related to learning and development within them.
* Experience at working with Psychometric tools
