It delivers supports across 15 one-bedroom apartments, providing 24-hour service for individuals with a wide range of complex needs. Apartments have been carefully configured to meet a variety of needs to support people now and in the future. The Senior Support Worker RoleAs a Senior Support Worker your role will be to assist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs and work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.The most important qualities needed are the ability to treat others with respect, listen to their needs and understand their emotions.
