Job Description:
URGENT - Business Analyst (Mortgage Servicing) - Contract
Denholm's financial services client are undergoing a complex end-to-end transformation programme including platform migration. They currently require a Business Analyst with strong Mortgage Servicing knowledge to join them on a contract basis.
* Duration: 12 months (initially)
* Location: Remote (2 days onsite in Carlisle a month)
* Start Date: ASAP
Skills / knowledge required:
* Senior Business Analyst
* Strong understanding of the mortgage market
* Previous experience on mortgage related projects
* Experience in Product, Operations or Sales role within mortgages prior to becoming a BA
* Strong knowledge of mortgage servicing
* Full project lifecycle
* Ability to take high level requirements and create lower level details
* Strong stakeholder & 3rd party management
* Experience working with offshore system integrator
* Understand the Product Owner / Business Analyst relationship
* Ability to work autonomously
* Technical skills: Confluence, Jira, MS Whiteboard (or similar customer journey tool like Miro)
Ideally you will be available to start on less than 4 weeks notice.
