Join us as a Pensions Projects coordinator within our Outsourcing line of business based out of our office in Redhill working hybrid.

The LifeSight Projects Coordinator role is an exciting opportunity and pivotal to the delivery and growth of the LifeSight Product. LifeSight is WTW’s Defined Contribution (DC) MasterTrust with administration undertaken by WTW’s dedicated trust-based business. LifeSight currently has a membership of over 400k with an AUM of c.£25bn. The Projects coordinator plays a pivotal role in the delivery of a variety of projects, representing the Administration function and maintaining the touchpoints between various other teams in the business. In this role you will report to the Projects Team Leader, with a primary focus on taking responsibility for LifeSight (LS) project delivery, representing a portfolio of workstacks from BAU work to client critical projects and ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and with a high standard of quality.

The Role

Project Delivery

1. Assisting with the delivery of specific projects, including gathering requirements, testing and rollout, with a keen eye to detail ensuring smooth and on time delivery.
2. Liaising with other stakeholders as needed to ensure that requirements are well defined and understood to deliver the requested task.
3. Building and maintaining technical, procedural, process and client knowledge.
4. Production of clear and concise testing evidence when proposing sign off of changes.
5. Checking and challenging work performed by colleagues on team and making sure that the requested work has been undertaken on time and to a high standard of quality.
6. Ensuring accurate time recording on work completed, in line with the LS charging structure
7. Working in a collaborative manner within a high-pressure environment to develop key relationships.
8. Participating in daily stand ups / huddles, team meetings and retrospectives.
9. Escalating blockers, issues or concerns to Team Leads, as appropriate.
10. Providing regular updates to the Projects Portfolio Lead on any project work assigned to your ownership to aid stakeholder management and project status reporting.
11. Being a point of reference for the LifeSight Administration team on technical issues, non-standard cases and project related queries.
