Responsibilities Shape and deliver a financial strategy that ensures robust financial governance and controls, while enabling investment, innovation and growth.
Explore new funding models, partnerships, and income diversification to ensure long-term sustainability for the institution.
Operate at pace and influence at board level to drive financial transformation in a complex organisation.
Build financial literacy across the organisation to support informed decision-making.
Provide senior financial leadership and contribute to the Executive Team as Chief Financial Officer (CFO), reporting directly to the Vice-Chancellor.
Qualifications / Experience Senior financial leadership experience with a proven track record of delivering financial transformation in a complex organisation.
Robust and resilient with the capacity to thrive in a professional services role within an academic community.
Strong intellect and capability to operate at pace, coupled with the ability to influence at board level.
