* Shape product roadmaps that turn research and prototype software into stable, customer-ready solutions.
* Guide the lifecycle of Arm software products — from concept to delivery and long-term support.
* Collaborate closely with architecture, silicon, and product teams to align system software capabilities with Arm’s technology roadmap.
* Partner with external customers, OEMs, and developers to understand real-world needs and improve the developer experience.
* Represent Arm in external forums and partnerships, sharing leadership in embedded technology.
Required Skills and Experience
* A proven background in system software or firmware development, ideally with experience in product-ready systems or SDKs.
* Wide expertise across software disciplines such as platform library optimization, real-time software and operating systems, C/C++ development, device drivers, and general hardware–software integration.
* Experience in Requirements Management, stakeholder management, and leading teams implementing software products from a strategic roadmap.
* Experience working with customers or ecosystem partners on embedded or low-level software.
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a people-first leadership approach.
