We are seeking an analytical and experienced Specification Technologist to join us at Domino's UK & Ireland. As a Specification Technologist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products. Your responsibilities will include managing product specifications, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation. Your attention to detail and expertise in food technology will help us deliver the highest quality products to our customers.
Success in this role requires:
1. Demonstrated expertise through a university placement or a comparable role within a food-related organization.
2. Skilled in food composition, fundamental nutrition, and allergy management.
3. Holder of Level 2 HACCP/Food Hygiene certification.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a proven track record of engaging with both internal and external suppliers.
5. Meticulous attention to detail.
