Key responsibilities:
* Target Operating Model Design & Delivery: Partner with leadership to implement a future-fit TOM that supports business growth and agility.
* Organisation Design & Restructure: Support structural realignments to optimise performance and scalability.
* HR Change Management Toolkit: Build and roll out a practical, scalable toolkit to support change initiatives across the business.
* Coaching & Mentoring: Support HR colleagues through hands-on coaching, capability building, and strategic guidance.
* Cultural Realignment: Drive initiatives that align behaviours, values, and leadership style with the evolving business model.

* Proven experience in HR transformation, ideally within consultancy, professional services, or high-growth environments.
* Deep expertise in organisation design, change management, and cultural development.
