As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation:
Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes and guest experiences
Consistently produce high standards while mentoring junior team members
Develop menus, recipes, and seasonal specials in line with budgets
Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards at all times
