L&Q is a regulated charitable housing association and one of the UK’s most successful independent social businesses, housing around 250,000 people in over 97,000 homes, mainly across London and the Southeast.
Our role extends beyond providing homes. We aim to build aspiration, opportunity, and confidence through our £250 million L&Q Foundation and skills academy.
In response to housing and affordability challenges, we plan to build 100,000 new homes over ten years, with at least 50% being genuinely affordable, aiming for 60% in London.
Our vision is that everyone has a quality, affordable home. We combine social purpose with a commercial drive to create homes and neighborhoods everyone can be proud of.
