Overseeing the after salesprocess and the sales journey, even after completion, so that new owners can beconfident their purchase lives up to the sales promise.StrategicPlanning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve departmental andorganizational objectives, including budgeting and resource allocation.TeamManagement: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate your team’s performance,fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development.PerformanceOptimization: Continuously assess departmental performance and implementimprovements, ensuring efficient processes and high-quality outcomes.
