Job Overview

We are growing our sales team with a role for a Pre‑Sales Solution Consultant. In this role you will be responsible for presenting our product offerings with a focus on Business Processes, Value Proposition & Architecture, in the best light to prospects and customers, to evoke confidence in company's solutions and technology infrastructure, and removing all technical objections in the sales cycle. To be successful, you must have a strong desire to leverage your technical and pre‑sales skills, including the ability to identify business requirements, develop a product sales strategy, configure and effectively demonstrate the solutions that address the customer's requirements and provide business value. You will work closely together with the sales team, helping to deliver the appropriate technical solution and value proposition. The role is customer focused; delivering deep Contact Centre process & product Knowledge across all contactSPACE product offerings.


Key Responsibilities

* Understanding the customer processes, challenges and complexity of today's Contact Centres, Customer service and inside sales functions.
* Understanding the customer need and establish company's product as the best solution that addresses that need.
* Assisting in effectively responding to any detailed questions in the sales process and any formal response process.
* Manage discussions with various levels of technical and functional audiences.
* Determine and define system requirements and recommend application architecture, including possible integration to CRM, ERP, and other third‑party solutions.
* Storyboarding and assisting in the build/configuration of customised product demonstrations to support customer use cases.
* Presenting the contactSPACE technology infrastructure, including demonstrating deep familiarity with the prospect's hardware, software, networking and security stack investments.


Qualifications

* Deep understanding of Contact Centres and related business processes and functions.
* Solution Selling Discovery Skills.
* Ability to multi‑task, work in a demanding team environment, understand and be responsive to customer needs, work under tight deadlines, work independently, and a willingness to take ownership of problems.
* Excellent written oral and interpersonal communication skills.
* Comprehensive knowledge of the software sales cycle.
* Previous experience as a pre‑Sales Engineer or consultant for a Software vendor or consultancy or similar technology Contact Centre related technology.
* Ability to be flexible to travel needs of the business.
* Knowledge of related applications, relational database and web technology.
