About the role
If you’re passionate about delivering brilliant client service and want to build your career in a specialist insurance environment, this is a great opportunity to join our KBIS British Equestrian Insurance team. You’ll play an important role in keeping things running smoothly, supporting our clients, and helping us deliver the high standard of service we’re known for.
As a Client Administrator, you’ll provide proactive, efficient administrative support to the KBIS British Equestrian Insurance team, helping ensure clients receive a smooth and seamless service at every stage.
What you will be doing
* Handling incoming customer service and sales calls with confidence and professionalism.
* Preparing and issuing quotations along with new business documentation.
* Processing mid‑term adjustments, renewals, and cancellations.
* Managing your daily workload in line with service levels and client expectations.
* Communicating with policyholders, brokers, and underwriters by phone, email, and in writing.
* Working in line with the regulatory environment that guides our industry.
Who we are looking for
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys supporting clients while working collaboratively with colleagues.
* Previous experience in an administrative or client‑support role.
* A genuine interest in the equine sector, gained through hands‑on experience or previous positions.
* Clear and confident communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
* Confidence using systems and maintaining accurate digital records.
* A team‑focused approach and willingness to support cross‑team activity.
* An understanding of insurance processes, or an eagerness to learn.
