About the Role:
* Design and deliver engaging and informative Design Technology lessons across all year groups, adhering to the National Curriculum.
* Cultivate a stimulating and creative learning environment that fosters a love of design, problem-solving, and practical skills.
* Guide students in developing a comprehensive understanding of design principles, materials, and techniques.
* Prepare students for success in external examinations (GCSE, A-Level, as applicable).
* Collaborate with colleagues in the Design Technology department and contribute to school-wide events.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Possesses a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Design Technology or a closely related subject.
* Demonstrates a strong passion for design and technology, with a captivating teaching style.
* Excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and classroom management within a diverse learning environment.
