About the Role As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils in the classroom under the guidance of the class teacher. Responsibilities may vary depending on the school and could include: Supporting pupils during lessons Delivering small group interventions Providing 1:1 support to individual learners Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment Following a successful interview and completion of safeguarding and suitability checks, we will support you in securing paid placements within schools to further your development.
