Talent Hub is looking for an experienced Customer Data Analyst to join a thriving business based in Central Brighton. You will play a key role in their Customer Data strategy during an exciting period for this successful company.
Key responsibilities for this Senior Data Analyst role include:
1. Leading reporting, insights, and analytics for the organization, focusing on customer data storytelling, providing proactive reporting and actionable insights, with an emphasis on customer acquisition, engagement, and optimizing lifetime member value.
2. Monitoring and reporting on key customer data metrics regularly.
3. Supporting and guiding the development of campaign and overall performance reporting, actionable insights, and data-driven models across the customer lifecycle (e.g., engagement, attrition, lifetime value, segmentation, and recommendations/next best action modeling).
4. Producing data visualizations to support and communicate key learnings.
What you will need for this Senior Data Analyst role:
* At least 4 years of experience in a Data Analytics and Customer Insight position.
* Background in Membership, Customer Services, B2C, Travel, or Leisure sectors.
* Experience working with CRMs.
* Strong oral and written communication skills, with experience presenting data insights to non-technical audiences.
* Experience in data storytelling techniques.
* Knowledge of data platforms such as Microsoft Customer Insights, Microsoft Customer Data, Microsoft Fabric, social marketing insights, and email marketing analytics is beneficial.
* Proficiency in SQL, SAS, Python, or R programming.
* Knowledge of web analytics tools is helpful but not essential.
* Some exposure to AI tools such as CoPilot is a plus.
