 2. To assist and support members of the multi-professional team in order to provide a high standard of patient - cantered care; performing duties without the need for constant direct supervision.

Main duties of the job
 4. Assist the nursing team
 5. Undertake Personal care on patients and assisting with ADL's
 6. Support the families 
 7. Help with general cleanliness and upkeep of the ward
 8. Support the medics with procedures
