Project Manager Junior to Mid-Level £35,000 – £55,000 Bonus Benefits London-Based with UK Travel (Hybrid Flexibility) 2 Years’ Experience in Security or Construction Projects Required About the Role Opensourced is supporting a leading security solutions provider in hiring a Junior to Mid-Level Project Manager to help deliver integrated electronic security projects across a variety of sectors, including finance, healthcare, education, and retail. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your project management skills in a hands-on, client-facing role. You’ll be involved in planning, coordinating, and delivering installations of CCTV, access control, and enterprise-level security systems, learning directly from senior project leaders while managing your own smaller projects or workstreams. What You’ll Be Doing Supporting the planning, scheduling, and delivery of security projects Coordinating with engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery Managing smaller projects independently or supporting senior managers on larger programmes Maintaining project documentation, timelines, and progress reports Assisting with procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning activities Conducting site visits and inspections to track progress and ensure quality standards are met Learning how to identify project risks and support mitigation planning Assisting with client communication and providing regular project updates Core Skills and Experience 2 years of project management experience within security, construction, or related fields Relevant Project Management qualification (Prince2, APM, or working towards) Basic understanding of electronic security systems (CCTV, access control) or willingness to learn quickly Good working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, or similar project tools Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to develop technical and commercial knowledge How to Apply Send your CV to luke.parry@opensourced.agency for a confidential conversation.
